New York AI™ is operated by New York AI Group LLC. New York AI Group® is a registered trademark.

RESEARCHInstitutional information

Research and market intelligence are provided for informational purposes and are not individualized investment advice.

PLATFORMCapital intelligence

Capital-source, grants and funding records are point-in-time intelligence and require independent verification before use.

OPERATORNew York AI Group LLC

The legal operator of New York AI™ and the party responsible for these website terms.

Important investment disclaimer.

Nothing on this website or in the Capital Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation, investment-management service, placement service, brokerage service, commitment to finance, legal opinion, tax advice, accounting advice or fiduciary advice. Users must conduct their own diligence and obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial, transaction or strategic decisions.

1. Terms of Use

Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using New York AI™, NewYorkAI.co, related research, public datasets, downloadable materials or authenticated platform features, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website or service. Separate written agreements, subscription terms or data-license terms may apply to specific institutional services and will control to the extent of a direct conflict.

Institutional purpose

New York AI™ provides capital intelligence concerning private equity, private markets, capital markets, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, infrastructure, grants, strategic financing and related sectors. Materials are designed for research and professional information workflows. They do not replace investment committee procedures, legal diligence, accounting review, tax analysis, technical diligence or independent verification.

Eligibility and account responsibility

Authenticated services are intended for authorized users. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, safeguarding credentials and all activity occurring through your account. Credentials may not be shared outside the authorized organization or user group unless expressly permitted in writing. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Acceptable use

You may use the website and platform for lawful research, internal analysis and other authorized professional purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; misrepresent identity, source or affiliation; use automated extraction in a manner that circumvents access controls or materially burdens the service; reverse engineer protected software; remove proprietary notices; or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Suspension and service changes

Access may be limited, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, investigate misuse, enforce contractual restrictions or maintain service integrity. Features, data fields, research coverage and platform functionality may change without notice.

2. Investment & Research Disclosures

Research is not a transaction recommendation.

New York AI™ does not represent that any investment, financing source, grant, security, fund, company or transaction is appropriate for a particular user.

No offer or solicitation

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation concerning any security, private fund interest, financing instrument, company, transaction, investment strategy or other financial product. Publication of a company, fund, grant or capital source in a database does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or a recommendation to contact, finance, invest in or transact with that party.

No investment adviser, broker-dealer, placement-agent or fund relationship

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and supported by any registrations legally required for that activity, New York AI™, New York AI Group® and New York AI Group LLC do not provide investment-management, broker-dealer, placement-agent, securities-execution or fiduciary services through this website. The website does not accept investor capital, custody assets, execute securities transactions or commit capital on behalf of users.

No fiduciary or professional relationship

Accessing research, creating an account, exporting data, submitting an inquiry or communicating about published material does not by itself create an investment-advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, partnership, joint-venture, legal, tax, accounting or other professional relationship.

Independent diligence required

Users are responsible for conducting independent commercial, financial, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, technical and other diligence. Research may identify considerations but is not a substitute for transaction-specific diligence, investment committee review or professional advice.

Point-in-time information

Research reflects information available at the time of publication or verification. Market conditions, funding programs, eligibility criteria, valuations, financing terms, company circumstances, technology performance and regulations can change materially without notice. Historical information does not predict future results.

Forward-looking information, estimates and scenarios

Materials may include forecasts, scenarios, market-sizing work, valuation ranges, commercialization assumptions, technology road maps and other forward-looking analysis. Such analysis is inherently uncertain and may differ materially from actual outcomes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not a fairness opinion, valuation opinion, appraisal, solvency opinion or assurance engagement.

Conflicts and commercial relationships

New York AI™, New York AI Group® or New York AI Group LLC may from time to time have research, technology, commercial, sponsorship, advisory or other relationships with organizations or sectors referenced by the platform. Where a relationship is considered material to the interpretation of a specific publication, the firm intends to provide an appropriate publication-level disclosure. The absence of a disclosure should not be interpreted as a representation that no relationship exists.

Technology-assisted research

Research and data workflows may use analytical software, automation and artificial-intelligence systems for retrieval, normalization, drafting, classification or analysis. Human review is incorporated into publication and data-governance processes, but technology-assisted workflows can still produce errors, omissions or outdated conclusions.

3. Capital Platform, Grants & Data Terms

Capital-source and grant records

The Capital Platform organizes information about capital providers, grants, incentives, financing programs and strategic funding pathways. Records may include jurisdiction, capital type, stage, sector, source links, verification dates, eligibility indicators and analytical fields. Inclusion does not establish current availability, eligibility, capacity, interest, approval or funding probability.

Verification and provenance

Where practicable, records identify the underlying source and verification date. Public agencies, funds, companies and program administrators may revise or discontinue information without notifying New York AI™. Users should confirm material terms directly with the relevant official source before relying on a record.

Public data and open licensing

A public-license designation applies only to the specific New York AI™-created normalized fields or datasets expressly identified as licensed. It does not transfer ownership of third-party source material, trademarks, copyrighted text, logos, photographs, database rights or other rights that New York AI Group LLC does not own or have authority to license. Source-specific terms, attribution requirements and statutory restrictions remain applicable.

Member intelligence

Authenticated records may contain proprietary classifications, notes, derived fields, workflow data, watchlists, saved searches, fit indicators or analytical judgments. Those fields are not part of the public dataset unless expressly released. Access rights are determined by account permissions and any applicable subscription or institutional agreement.

Exports, APIs and automated use

Exports and API access, where available, are subject to access controls, rate limits, licensing notices and any separate institutional terms. Users may not redistribute proprietary member-only data as a competing commercial database, remove attribution or provenance fields where required, or use automated methods to circumvent technical limits or access restrictions.

Grants and public programs

Grant and incentive information is informational only. New York AI™ does not determine eligibility, administer public programs, submit applications on behalf of a user unless separately agreed, or guarantee that a program will remain open, accept an application or provide funding. Official program documentation controls in the event of inconsistency.

4. Privacy

6. Accessibility

New York AI™ aims to provide a clear, usable and accessible institutional research experience. Design and engineering practices include semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, responsive layouts, visible focus states, readable typography, text alternatives where appropriate and reduced-motion support where practicable. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as a design reference where reasonably applicable; this does not constitute a formal certification that every page, third-party component or historical item conforms in every respect. 7. Intellectual Property, Trademarks & Submissions

Unless otherwise stated, original website text, research frameworks, design systems, graphics, data organization, software elements, taxonomy, proprietary analytical fields and other original materials are owned by or licensed to New York AI Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

New York AI Group® is a registered trademark. New York AI™, related word marks, product names and visual identifiers may be trademarks or proprietary brand assets. No trademark license is granted except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.

Permitted quotation and attribution

Limited quotation or reference for legitimate research, commentary, scholarship or news reporting should include clear attribution and remains subject to applicable copyright, database-right and other laws. Bulk republication, commercial syndication or systematic reproduction may require written permission or a separate data license.

User submissions and confidential information

You represent that you have the right to provide materials you submit. Do not submit passwords, trade secrets, highly sensitive personal information, material non-public information, confidential deal information or information subject to a duty of confidentiality through general website forms or ordinary email unless a specific secure process and written authorization have been established.

8. Disclaimers, Warranties & Liability

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, platform, research and data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. New York AI Group LLC does not warrant that content will be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose or free from security vulnerabilities. Any implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New York AI Group LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, investment losses, financing losses, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption or similar damages arising from or related to use of the website, platform, data or research. Any limitations that cannot lawfully be excluded remain subject to applicable mandatory law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from their unlawful use of the service, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized redistribution of protected platform content. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law or superseded by a separate written agreement.

9. Governing Law, Changes & General Terms

Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Changes

These Terms and disclosures may be revised as the website, Capital Platform, data coverage, services or legal requirements evolve. The effective or last-updated date will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
